We provide 12 months warranty on all our repairs (excluding accidental damage)
You buy a repair service. This price includes free return delivery, full repair and returned back to you. Drop off service in Redditch.
In the very rare occasion we cannot fix your faulty console or your device is beyond economical repair, we will refund your repair payment and return your console back to you minus delivery charges.
Once you buy a repair service we arrange Royal Mail to collect your faulty item at your convenience. This collection can be from your home or work, you can also drop off at any Post Office.
Once the repair is completed we will arrange return delivery via Royal Mail.
All prices listed on our website include free return delivery excluding the drop off repair service, there is no hidden charges.
